One complete evaluation is a full reviewer-perspective analysis of one version of your proposal draft — gap analysis, red-flag detection, criterion-level scoring, and prioritised recommendations. You can submit up to five versions of the same proposal (v1 through v5) as separate evaluations to iterate toward submission.

Yes. Unused evaluations roll forward for one calendar month, giving you a two-month window to use each credit. This matches how grant deadlines actually cluster — quiet weeks followed by intense preparation. If you're on Starter and use 3 of your 5 in September, the remaining 2 stay available through October before expiring.

You can go over your plan's monthly quota and we'll auto-charge for each additional evaluation at your tier's overage rate — €99 on Starter, €50 on Pro, €30 on Team. No plan interruption, no upgrade prompt at deadline crunch. If overage becomes routine, upgrading tiers is more cost-effective.

Yearly plans are billed once annually and give you two months free — Starter is €4,990/year (vs €5,988 monthly), Pro is €12,990 (vs €15,588), Team is €39,990 (vs €47,988). Your monthly evaluation quota still resets monthly; you just pay upfront.

Yes. Request a free trial — we manually review each request to make sure GrantGenix is a fit for your work, and provision one complete evaluation within one business day. Trials use our standard review pipeline; if you upgrade to Pro or Team later, you unlock the premium AI review escalation on your near-final drafts.

Yes — the Evaluation Pack at the top of this page gives you 5 evaluations for €599 as a one-time purchase, no subscription, no recurring charges. Credits are valid for 90 days from purchase. Perfect if you have a single proposal or just want to try before committing to monthly billing. If you expect to need evaluations most months, Starter works out cheaper per evaluation (≈€100 vs ≈€120 on the Pack) since it's billed as an ongoing plan rather than a one-off.

Yes. Every draft you submit is strictly confidential. We do not sell your proposal, use it to train GrantGenix or third-party AI models, or disclose it for independent use. Data is processed only by the service providers necessary to operate GrantGenix, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Yes, in line with EU VAT law. B2C customers in the EU are charged their country's VAT rate at checkout. B2B customers in an EU country other than Sweden can enter a valid VAT number during checkout for reverse-charge treatment (no VAT added). Since ELSKA Flow Consulting AB is registered in Sweden, Swedish B2B customers are charged Swedish VAT regardless of having a VAT number — a domestic sale isn't eligible for reverse charge. Customers outside the EU are generally not charged EU VAT.

Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Cancellations end at your current billing period — no lock-in.
